Optimize Your Account

If we couldn’t analyze your profile, it may be due to one of the following reasons. Let’s troubleshoot and get your profile ready to match with campaigns!

1. Ensure Your Profile Is Public

A private profile cannot be analyzed.

  • Go to your social media platform’s privacy settings and make sure your profile is set to public.
    • On TikTok: Settings & Privacy > Privacy > Turn off “Private account.”

2. Post Recent Content

If your account has no posts or lacks recent activity, we cannot analyze it.

  • Upload at least 1-2 new, high-quality posts to show advertisers you’re active and engaged.
  • Make sure your posts reflect your typical content style.

3. Switch Back to a Personal Account

Business accounts may have limitations when matching with campaigns.

  • Check your account type and switch to a personal or creator account if needed.
    • On TikTok: Settings > Manage Account > Switch to Personal Account.

4. Check for Platform Issues

Sometimes, an error could happen on our end or your social media platform might be experiencing temporary issues.

  • Confirm that your account is working properly on the platform.
  • If everything looks fine, try again after a short wait.

5. Try Re-analyzing Your Profile

If the issue persists, use the "Analyze My Profile Again" button in the app to resubmit your profile for review.

  • Reminder: You can re-analyze your profile once every 10 days.
