Here you will find the 10 SongPush Rules in detail. Please read them carefully and make sure you follow them for all your videos.
SongPush reserves the right to judge creations based on the following rules and to reject creations or restrict accounts if the rules are not followed:
Rules Overview
Rule 1: Your video must be filmed by yourself and can not be a reupload
Rule 2: Your video must be creative and fit the campaign briefing.
Rule 3: Your video must be at least 10 seconds long, remain online for 28 days and the video quality must be good
Rule 4: The following applies to music campaigns: The song must be clearly audible in the video and in the foreground
Rule 5: No AI-generated or gaming videos, compilations and no edits allowed (whether gaming, movie/series/anime, celebrity, or sports edits etc.), also no livestream or YouTube excerpts or content from other accounts/profiles/channels/platforms
Rule 6: No fake views, botting, spam or similar.
Rule 7: Each video must be in portrait format and fill the entire screen.
Rule 8: No references to other musicians, music, or other brands
Rule 9: No advertising / brand mentions & also no “SongPush” (or similar) in your account name or caption
Rule 10: No shocking content or disrespect
Rule 1:
Your video must be filmed by yourself and can not be a reupload
Rule details:
You can create your video using the camera mode in the TikTok app, for example, or alternatively use/cut together suitable, self-filmed videos from your gallery in TikTok. You may not use third-party content (other users' TikToks) or repost videos that you have already posted! (Even if they are slightly modified!)
Rule 2:
Your video must be creative and fit the campaign briefing.
Rule details:
Your video should promote and push the advertiser's song or brand.. You will not be paid for videos that do not offer any added value or “push” for the song. So be as creative as possible and make an effort with your creation! :)
Rule 3:
Your video must be at least 10 seconds long, remain online for 28 days and the video quality must be good
Rule details:
Please also make sure that your video is not blurred or pixelated and has good lighting.
Rule 4:
The following applies to music campaigns: The song must be clearly audible in the video and in the foreground
Rule details:
The song must be clearly in the foreground. Short voiceovers are permitted as long as the song is given a clear push.
Rule 5:
No AI-generated or gaming videos, compilations and no edits allowed (whether gaming, movie/series/anime, celebrity, or sports edits etc.), also no livestream or YouTube excerpts or content from other accounts/profiles/channels/platforms
Rule details:
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to use AI-generated or gaming, movie/series/anime, celebrity, or sports edits, livestream and/or YouTube excerpts, as advertisers predominantly do not see this as added value and this can often lead to conflicts.
Rule 6:
No fake views, botting, spam or similar.
Rule details: In case of conspicuous numbers or conspicuous behavior, your account will be irrevocably blocked and legal consequences may follow.
Rule 7:
Each video must be in portrait format and fill the entire screen.
Rule details:
Please only create/use videos in 9:16 format (portrait)
Rule 8:
No references to other musicians, music, or other brands
Rule details:
When you participate in a campaign, your video must not contain any images, videos, music, brands, or information about other musicians or brands.
Rule 9:
No advertising / brand mentions & also no “SongPush” (or similar) in your account name or caption
Rule details:
- No self-promotion (“Follow me”, ”Subscribe”, etc.)
- No brand mentions (incl. SongPush) or advertising
- Your account name must not contain the name “”SongPush“” or a modified form of it
- Your account name must not contain the name of brands / trademarks
Rule 10:
No shocking content or disrespect
Rule details:
No political, religious, violence-glorifying content or similar. Any violation or disrespect towards the music will result in the irrevocable blocking of your account and may have legal consequences.
