What can I do if my profile is still being analyzed?

If we were unable to analyze your profile, it may be due to one of the following reasons. Here's how you can solve the problem.

1. Check if your profile is public

We can only analyze public profiles.

  • Make sure your account is not set to private.
  • Go to your platform settings (e.g., TikTok) and change the privacy setting to “public.”

2. Publish content

An empty profile or missing posts may prevent analysis from being performed.

  • Ensure that you have posted current and relevant content.
  • At least one post should be publicly visible.

3. Technical problem?

Sometimes the problem may be on our end.

  • Try again after a few minutes.
  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of the app.

4. Help with troubleshooting

If your profile is public and you have current content, but you still receive this error message:

  • Contact our support team so we can investigate the issue further.

When can you analyze your profile again?

Once you have resolved the issue, you can have your profile analyzed. You can repeat the analysis every 10 days.
